While you may be just recently hearing about Bitcoin- “The Bitcoin White Paper” was first published by the pseudonymous creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto, in 2008. In essence, the foundation of Bitcoin stems from the original white paper and most Bitcoin advocates consider the white paper to be essential reading at some point.

While some concepts outlined in “The Bitcoin White Paper” may not be the easiest to understand for the average person, at the same time everything is written so concisely that it makes you really understand more about Bitcoin, decentralization, and blockchain technology.

Since Satoshi was kind enough to release “The Bitcoin White Paper” under an open-source license for all to see and share-we’ll go ahead and copy the whole paper below for you.
